Ingredients

3 lge. cans Pinto Beans (not Ranch) (24 servings size or # 10 can)
2-10 pz. cans tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
2 lbs. sausage cooked
2 medium onions, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
2 to 3 dashes garlic powder
2 to 5 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
cumin as desired

Cooking Instructions

Cook sausage and onion together. Combine all ingredients except cilantro and heat in a crock pot or very, very slowly in a large pot on the stove top (beans will burn very easily). Just before serving stir in cilantro.
Makes about 10 quarts. Serves approximately 90 - 1/2 cup servings.
